Philadelphia Nesties
Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.
If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.
Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
Can you claim the interest you pay on student loans? Is it worth filing an amendment? My bill is like 80 a month. TIA!
Re: Tax Question
Our refund went up a few hundred dollars once we added our interest from our school loans. You could try doing your taxes in Turbo Tax with the interest added to see if it would make a difference for you. GL
Here is the IRS link to the info on Student Loan Interest:

You can write off a maximum of $2,500 in interest each year.
Thanks for the website!
