What is on your Easter menu? I need to get going with this!!!!!!! :)

  • I'm not hosting, but here is what is bring served:

    Apps:

    - crackers and spread

    - chips and salsa

    Dinner:

    - caesar salad

    - meat: turkey & ham

    - veggies: broccoli casserole, cauliflower, carrots, green beans

    - baked potatoes and cheesy potatoes (or stuffed shells - my aunt is making something my little cousin will eat)

    Dessert:

    - cookies

    - cheesecake sampler

    - fruit salad

    I'm thinking about getting a ham steak. If not that, we will grill pork chops. I will also probably make some deviled eggs. Other than that, I'm not sure, but some kind of veggie.

    Right now I think it's up to Joe whether we want to do brunch or lunch.

    Brunch menu: Ham, Hash Brown Casserole, Quiche, Asparagus, Cinnamon Rolls, Fruit Salad, OJ, Iced Tea

     Lunch menu: Ham, Scalloped Potatoes, Asparagus with feta and tomatoes, zucchini casserole, deviled eggs, rolls.

    This is making me hungry!
