I am so not a girl
Rach's eyeliner post made me think of how many "girly" things I am clueless about. I am 29 years old and can not put eyeliner on myself. If I am going out with friends or if it is an event like a wedding, I have a friend do it. I have practiced multiple times and always look like a clown or lady of the night.
I am terrible at painting my own nails, especially painting my right with the left. If I do my own, I usually just do clear so it is less noticeable.
I can not curl my hair or do any fancy updos. I basically know how to straighten it or put it in a ponytail/clip.
I can't do my own eyebrows other than some plucking in between waxes.
I don't own many shoes - just the basics. A few black, a couple brown, some gray boots, and different sandal/.flip flops for the summer. Same thing with purses. Oh, and sneakers. I have never owned a pair of shoes or a purse worth over $30.
I didn't start caring about jewelry until I got my e-ring.
Anyone else, or am I the only tomboy.

I don't participate in any of the fashion/make-up/shoe posts because I would be so lost and confused with those topics.
I had to have a friend put make-up on me for my wedding - make up that included, eyeshadow...and thats it...
I have about 6 pairs of shoes - 1 is Brown Doc Martins, and 5 are some form of sneaker..I think I have one pair of "dressy" heels, but I don't know where they are.
I wear jeans, almost exclusively
Also, I saw a commercial for lipstain and I have no idea what that is.
Me too. My make-up bag includes (and this is my "dress up" make up), cover girl powder and pink/purple eyeshadow palate, maybelline mascara, avon black glimmer stick. I'm okay with eyeliner on my bottom lids, but if I try to put it on my top lid (above my eyelashes) I look like a hooker...a cheap hooker.
I can paint my own nails, but I rarely do, because I can't maintain them. They look really good for 20 minutes and then the edges start to rub off; even with a clear coat.
My hair is naturally curly and just before the wedding did I finally figure out what products to use in my hair so that it is curly as opposed to frizzy and unmanageable.
I do own a LOT of shoes, but they aren't anywhere near expensive. I have literally 20 pairs of Old Navy flip flops. About 6 pairs of ballet flats and a pair of tennis shoes. I have a lot of heels (plain black/brown pumps) and heeled sandals (dressier), but I wear them very rarely.
I liked jewelry before my e-ring but never remembered to wear it. I am also accessorizing-illiterate. I can't multi-use accessories or color coordinate at all. If I find a nice necklace or top, I can only see it in my mind's eye in one outfit...then I get stumped as to how to make it work with other outfits.

I basically suck at being a girl. I pretty much never wear make up. I only do on special occasions and it is not much.
I never do anything to my hair except put it in a ponytail. I will straighten it a couple times a year but it usually ends up in a ponytail anyways. My hair also has natural wave/curl but I almost never do that.
Jeans are my dressing up. Seriously. I love sweatpants. I love stretch pants. Any thing loose and comfty, I love.
My favorite pair of shoes and what I wear almost always look like old man slippers. I own them in 2 colors. I NEVER wear heels. I find them insanely uncomfortable.
My wedding rings are the only jewelry I wear, almost ever.
I also don't participate in any of the girly posts, because I am clueless.
When my friends would be at bars talking away I would always be with the boys playing pool.
I belch. Alot.
I am not a big fan of shopping. It usually just gets me crabby.
I also suck at painting my nails and never wear nail polish. And for the few rare occasions that I do, like my wedding, I let it chip away until its gone.
There is probably a million more things lol.

I just recently started wearing makeup (when going out) and curling my hair. I do however like dressing up and being girly once in a while.
But, I am 100% a jeans and t-shirt girl. Sneakers or clogs are my best friend.
I can't paint my fingernails to save my life, but always have colors on my toes.
I burp with the best of them too.
I have always had more guy friends than girls.
I can shoot tequilla and jack better then the guys we hang out with.
And like Kelly I am sure there are many more things that don't make me seem like a girl at all.

I only wear make-up when we're going out with people, and even then I'm clueless.
I wear my hair in two ways - up in a mesy bun after a shower, or in a ponytail when it dries.
I would wear a tshirt and jeans everyday if I could, but sadly work has to be business casual. Otherwise, its tshirts and jeans and a hoodie.
Shoes, other than for work, are my Doc Martens, my sneakers, or flip flops.
And I play video games. A lot.

Overall I'm pretty girly, but I can't put on eyeliner, either. Nor can I style my hair, I'm especially bad with curling irons because I can't deal with watching my image in my mirror, I get all confused with directions.
When I'm alone, I practice walking in heels. It's hard!
This and this! I was a pool shark. Haven't played for a long time though...is that a use it or lose it kinda thing?
And I abhor shopping. Well, not shopping, but trying on clothes. Because I can't accessorize or make an "outfit" to save my life, I usually look like a little kid rummaging through mom's closet and trying on all her nice things, but they just hang there and look wrong.
I'm half girly-girl.
I wear eyeliner daily, but I almost never wear eyeshadow. I just CANNOT make eyeshadow look good. I can wear a neutral shimmer, but I can't wear any actual colors, or do a blending of colors. I've followed diagrams but I just can't get it right. When I try, I end up looking like I've been punched in the eyes. If I want my eyes to look pretty, I have my hairstylist do my makeup.
I can't do updos either. I do curl my hair often, but I mostly just turn the ends under. Even though I have naturally curly hair, I usually straighten it and then curl it, but I can't get my hair to do those pretty Victoria's Secret curls unless my hairstylist does it.
I know nothing about designer purses. I've never owned a Coach bag or anything like that, though I do own about 7 or 8 typical department store handbags.
I own a sh!tload of shoes, but they're almost all go-with everything shoes. I have a few pairs of fun ones, like red pumps or yellow floral wedges.
Not alone...
-I wear sneakers 6 days a week.
-I barely wear makeup. When I do, I feel like it never stays on my face (constantly smearing) or I do it too heavy.
-I don't have my own sense of fashion. The ironic part of it is that I'm a formal wear fashion blogger. I can tell what is fashionable for other people, just not for myself.
-I can't curl my hair. I can straighten it, but as for fancy styles, I'm lost.
I wouldn't say I'm a tomboy, but I do suck at a lot of the typical girly things.
- I'm awful at painting my nails. If I want them done I usually just go to the salon.
- I can't put eyeliner on my upper lid. Lower, sure, but upper is impossible.
- I never do anything with my hair except straighten it or put it in a pony tail. Curling irons scare the crap out of me.
- The only jewelery I usually wear is my ring.
- I'm not fashionable, like at all.
Sign me up to this list as well.
-even when i dress nice, I attempt to wear tennis shoes of some sort. I have some clean white ones that are passable.
- only jewelry I wear: my rings and a watch. This is especially bad since I sell jewelry
- I dont wear make up. like, really. no foundation, no lip gloss no mascara. About once a month i will wear mascara and lipstick or gloss but thats about it.
-I cant walk in heels very well, and I definitely cant walk in any stilettos or any sort of heel over 3 inches- including thick heels. I have one pair of heels.
-I wear etnies and converses on a regular basis. they make up about 50% of my shoe collection. The other half is composed of boots, flip flops/sandals, and sketchers.
-rarely do anything with my hair besides letting it air dry. I try not to put it in a pony tail if i can help it.
-my number two hobby (reading is #1) is cars. It's in my blood.
And like others have said, I'm sure there is more.

I wear make up but just because my skin is so bad I need the foundation to cover it up...and then I throw on a tiny bit of eyeshadow and mascara.

I can't really get into many girly activities, my parents tried to sign me up for dance and cheerleading when I was a kid. I stuck with cheerleading for a few years - but it's because all my friends (the guys) were at football practice so I had nothing else to do.
I'd rather go to a sporting event than get my nails done/spend a day at the spa.
The girliest thing I've ever done is sell lia sophia. Even then - I've felt like such a fraud because I don't accessorize. EVER.
I do NOTHING with my hair...I get out of the shower and run my fingers through it and that's it. About half way through the day it gets tossed up in a ponytail. I can't remember the last time I actually used a brush.
That's funny, because I can only do the upper lid -- I dont touch the lower lid, not even with mascara!

HAHA...that lasted like a year. Not so much anymore. Now, it's just creating clutter around my house.
Hi. Have we met? You totally turned me into a fraud as well.
-I can't stand when my fingernails are painted. I just don't like the look of it on my hands or something. The last time they were painted something other than a clear was my senior prom.
-I do wear makeup every day, but it is minimal.
-I hate heels. I just don't like the idea of being uncomfortable and wobbly all the time. I'm also tall so used to always be insecure of adding height, so I'm sure that adds to it, but I'd choose flip flops over any high heel any day.
-Sometimes my favorite dinner out with H is pizza, beer, and wings.
Double ditto. I never line my lower lid. I do use a really light touch of mascara on the lower lashes though.
