Build up on shower head - natural cleaners
I know I could get CLR and get the shower head clean. I hate the smell of it. Is there something else that will work just as well. I'm looking for a baking soda, vinegar type solution.

Depending on the type of buildup, you could try peroxide. It will only work if the buildup is organic (think: mucky, green-and-black moldy gunk).
Otherwise, the hot vinegar works really well.
