Pooks- yes a runner. I got it at Home Goods a couple years ago, but get compliments on it all the time!
Yes. You need the rocks. I put a layer of rocks, then start place in the flowers and position the rocks around them. Then fill with water. They will fall on the first day and kind of be droopy, but then the next day, they will pop up like the second picture. However, those are different flowers, they don't change color
