s/o: Weekly Health & Fitness Goals
To continue on with the accountability post...
What are your health and fitness goals for this week?
Re: s/o: Weekly Health & Fitness Goals
I'll start.
I am going to do yoga twice.
I will run outside (when it stops snowing) three times.
I will make healthy meals at home at least four times.
I will attempt to eat more fruit than easter candy.
I will try to eat dark chocolate easter candy rather than milk chocolate.
That's about all I can promise this week.
I'll admit that during the week I don't pig out like crazy. The weekends...that's another story.
My goals are to:
Continue watching what I eat and start back on tracking my WW points.
Jog at least today, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Do The Shred on Thursday and Saturday
stay on track with my WW points
run at least 16 miles this week
Blog
Continue what I've been doing since I seem to have been consistently losing weight each week.
Run on treadmill for 1/2 - 1 hour every night
weight training every night - I'm focusing on toning my arms at the moment.
possibly walks with H if the weather cooperates at night
cooking healthy meals (beef stew last night, and swordfish on the grill, shrimp scampi stirfry, and roasted chicken are some of the meals on the menu this week.)
starting to take a multivitamin every other day starting this morning - my PCP found I was very slightly anemic the last time I saw her so I will start taking a supplement with iron for awhile (and the extra calcium and vitamin D can't hurt).
Lol, I love this.
awwwwwwwww, you have a little raspberry now!!!!!!
I am waaaaay too excited for the Wednesday turnover to a new week and sometimes fruit.
I am doing two levels of Jillian Michael's a day for 4 days this week---- 20 min, workout just turned to 40 minutes. I started last night and I wanna keep it going.
I also wanna keep eating yummy salads for lunch-- trying to prove salads aren't boooooring....I've thrown in carrots, strawberries, mushrooms and snow peas....topped with a little honey mustard.
Additionally I promise to chase Liv outside for an hour a day!! Rain or shine!
