my friend Chiara..
Remember my friend Chiara? the one that lost 2 full term babies in 2 years? well baby Fransceso is healthy which is wonderful... however i just found out last week that she has tounge cancer:( they removed a part of her tounge and the dr's seem to think she will be fine but they are planning on inducing her on May 9th (her due date isnt until june 23rd), delivering the baby and then immediently taking out lymth nodes in her neck to make sure the cancer isnt in there also..
i feel so hopeless and wish that we didnt live so far away from each other. This poor girl has been through so much the last few years. I hope that once this is done, they can enjoy their little guy and be healthy and happy.
PLease say a prayer for her..

my thoughts exactly. i'm so happy for them that they had their beautiful baby. this is probably one of the top 5 stories on TN that i think about most. i hope the doctors are right. man she seems young to have that cancer and such an odd one. i hope she's okay.
