Maine Nesties
Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.
If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.
Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
Thanks for all the words of encouragement. I was way too worked up about it, and it really was no biggie. I didn't even know it had happened and it was over...I think doing it postpartum was key in the painlessness of it. And now I don't have to think about bc for 10 years - woohoo!

Re: Survived the IUD!
Oh, happy to hear another success story!
We've actually decided to start temping/charting after this month of BCPs are done (for BC, not TTC) - I can't wait - and we decided, once we have our first baby, the IUD will be the way to go until we're ready for a second.
Of course, my fingers are crossed that there will be a male version by then
