Survived the IUD!
Thanks for all the words of encouragement. I was way too worked up about it, and it really was no biggie. I didn't even know it had happened and it was over...I think doing it postpartum was key in the painlessness of it. And now I don't have to think about bc for 10 years - woohoo! )

Oh, happy to hear another success story!
We've actually decided to start temping/charting after this month of BCPs are done (for BC, not TTC) - I can't wait - and we decided, once we have our first baby, the IUD will be the way to go until we're ready for a second.
Of course, my fingers are crossed that there will be a male version by then
