Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

so one of H's coworkers put us in contact with a friend of his who is moving to Cbus for work and needs a home for him and his small family (his wife and baby). H sent them the link to our condo and they're really interested in renting it for a year. wow! we hadn't thought too much about renting...but the ohio condo market blows and we already have another house...so i'm super open to it. it would be easy to make enough to cover our mtg and condo dues easily adn then have the renters pick up their own utilities.
T&Ps that this works out for us. i still need to tlak to our realtor to make sure it's cool with her regarding out contract with her (she's a family friend so it should be ok). i think they'r ecoming to see our condo tomorrow! yay

we really haven't done much yet...we don't close until the end of may so i guess there's not huge hurry to get it done. plus, we moved a bunch of junk out when we prepped to show the house, so it's pretty much bare essentials here!
