Is anyone doing anything? ?Going to one? ?Throwing one? ?Sitting at home quietly drinking yourself into a stupor?
I have no tv, and while I could compusively check online, I think I might want to be around people. ?A few of the old historic theaters are apparently having parties, and it might be fun to see people excited/dejected.
Re: election party
I can't do election night parties. I am too emotionally invested in the outcome to be either a good host or a good guest.
We are having a few people over on the Friday after the election to hopefully celebrate the outcome or drown our sorrows.
We are having a party! 25-30 people or so. I have been preparing for it all weekend. I started making my swing state cookies yesterday, and I have all my red white and blue decorations made. I am majorly dorking out.
I'll post on Tuesday and Wednesday.
that's cool ESF.
I can't imagine staying out/up late on a Tuesday - i'd be useless on Wednesday!
