but I'm asking for thoughts and prayers for a friend. She's 28-29ish weeks pregnant. Just yesterday she and I were at work excitedly discussing our soon-to-arrive little girls and the names we liked. Over the past few weeks, she has kindly given me 3 new outfits for my little girl. I just opened her blog and found this: http://tinyurl.com/3ulted4.

Apparently she has to terminate her pregnancy because her amnio results revealed that her baby has a disorder so rare that it doesn't even have a name. A baby has a 1 in 100 million chance of being born with this disorder and her baby girl has it. My heart is just breaking for her. If you have any extra prayers, thoughts, vibes, whatever, I would greatly appreciate it if you could send them her way.

Oh wow, Dani. I'm so sorry for your friend. There is no way I can possibly imagine what they're going through. How terrible. Ugh. I'll read the blog when I get home but will be praying for their family and little girl.

Oh no, that is just horrible. How heartbreaking! I can't believe it took 28 weeks to find out she had that disorder, how sad. Your friend and her family are definitely in my prayers!

Lots of T&P to her and her family. I can't imagine going through something like that, what she must be feeling ect.. especially having to explain things to her other child(ren). So sad.
