Kentucky Derby Hat?
A good friend is having a Kentucky Derby birthday party (not a fan of horse racing, but it's her birthday so I'm going) and we're supposed to dress up. Does anyone know where I can get an appropriate hat somewhat cheap? I already looked at TJ Maxx and Marshalls but the only ones were around $40. I don't even really want to buy one but I haven't been able to find anyone I know that owns one. Any suggestions?

If my Grandma was coming this weekend, I'd ask her for you, lol.
I'd say Goodwill, but I'd be weary of a hat unless it could be washed... Can you get a basic shell of a hat and then accessorize it with ribbons and fake flowers or a broach?
