Are any of you preparing Easter Dinner?

We're having my parents, IL's, my brother, his girlfriend and my grandmother over. DH and I were talking and trying to figure out what to make. And weren't coming up with much.

So whats on your menu?

I'm hoping I can still go to CT with H's family for Easter, but we'll have to see how Loki is doing.

We usually have ham, veggies, salads, mashed potatoes, etc.

We'll be out of town this year but usually we do ham, sweet potato casserole, mac and cheese, some type of green veggie, mashed potatoes, rolls and a bunny cake.

My family doesn't really do Easter, but DH's does. It's the same meal as Thanksgiving: turkey (and sometimes ham), gravy, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, etc. Although I thought one year we had mac & cheese...

we are eating at my grandmothers and everyone usually brings a dish. we usually do ham, sometimes a turkey breast too, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn casserole, deviled eggs, a big salad, stuff like that. I usually bring a dessert dish; last year I think I made pineapple bread pudding which was pretty good.

DH and I were just talking about this last night so I still haven't finalized what we're having. So far we're having herb crusted standing rib roast, potatoes au gratin, honey yeast rolls, some other green veggie, and triple chocolate mousse cake.
