As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

It's fake Friday!
I'm feeling a little better today. Neptune still needs to get to the vet, but he was perkier and his old affectionate self last night and this morning, so I don't feel like he's quite at death's door. The sun is shining, the headache is gone, and I have coffee. I'm off from work tomorrow, and I remembered to bring the gift cert with me so I can make that massage appt. Life is better.

After today hubby and I don't come back to work until Tuesday. We need some relaxing and time off. Whew!

Made my massage appointment for 7 p.m. tomorrow. Awesome!
And tonight we went out to visit E's brother & FSIL & nephew. Kid's pretty darned cute! He loved his gifts, promptly ripped one of his books, smushed the bunny I made him, and crawled around a lot. Walked a little too. BIL was happy to see us and FSIL was surprisingly cordial and even social. And she said thank you for the gifts! You'll note that she has NEVER done that before, not for Christmas, not for random gifts, not for souvenir gifts we brought back for Zach from trips, not for the gifts when he was born, nothing. First thing E and I both said after we left their house, and we said it at the very same time, was "OMG, she said thank you!"
So this is a good start to the weekend.
