Easter Side dish
I need to bring a side dish to Easter dinner...
the potatoes post reminded me of this...but someone is already bringing those.
I know a broc. salad is coming and a reg. salad. cole slaw as well.

Okay this may sound weird but it is fantastic, easy to make, no heating required, and pretty inexpensive to make .... a bean and corn salad.
The below recipe is something like what I make but I usally add different color peppers and different beans (black beans, kidney, and chick peas):

Or ... one of my favorite sides at my H's families easter is creamed corn.
Or just bring a dessert ... I'm planning on bringing "Dirt" to our Easter brunch
