Hubby and I were brushing our teeth at the same time this morning. We have double sinks. He rinses and spits and walks out of the bathroom WITHOUT turning off the water. It wasnt like it was trickling either. Full fledged running water. WTF? Who does that!
Re: Really DH?!
I wouldn't have. That's a huge waste of water.
Here's what I'm wondering...did you guys both have your faucets on at the same time? Maybe if yours was still on, he didn't have the cue of his faucet running to remind him to turn off the water, and he just absent-mindedly strolled off and forgot. Not that it's excusing it, of course, but I'm just trying to think of what was going through his head.
Yes I know it its a waste of water but I am not going to go behind him all the time and turn a freakin' faucet off. I already pick up after him; I mean if I start turning off the faucet for him next he will expect me to wipe his a$$.
Pick another battle. I get what you're saying, but my point is in general we can't blow resources like this. I know it's a small thing, but it all adds up.
I got your point and stated my point so I'm not battling with you.
I don't want to battle with you, at all. *sigh* Never mind. Apparently I'm not being very clear here.
