ha! This made me laugh. Thankfully, I'm not guilty of that.
It's a long strand of Garland decorated with all of my nicest ornaments and glass icicles around the windows in my backroom/sunroom. I mostly have not desire to take all the ornaments off, I really wrapped those suckers on there. Ugh
I am so looking forward to my grilled muenster cheese sandwich and tomato soup for lunch that it hardly feels like any sort of a sacrifice to not eat meat today and that makes me feel sort of guilty. LOL
I'm annoyed that Congress gets a spring break and the rest of us gov't workers get the shaft.
LOL! Enjoy while you can! I remember after going back to work, I dropped Jacob off at daycare and took the day off from being a mom. If only it were that easy
I've done that. I've also intentionally scheduled a day of vacation on a school day at a time of the year I know DH will not be able to take any. Not a whole week or anything - just a day. I drank wine and watched SVU.
I am "hosting" my cousins baby shower but she's planning everything. It irritates the hell out of me. She's lost two pregnancies beforehand so this one is being monitored very closely. She's at home and can't do much so I try to be understanding - she's bored and anxious. But, if we were to call a spade a spade, she's hosting her own shower. Yet still has the nerve to tell me that "proper etiquette" says shower invitations should be sent out four weeks in advance. Que pasa? Let me tell you about you about proper etiquette sweetheart. I survived the knot.

i havent found anyone to watch Oliver or started to really store up my breast milk... because I am in denile that I have to go back to work.
I think some people on this board are too sensitive.
And I think some people are this board are complete idiots, which is why I don't respond to their posts anymore. I just read them and shake my head at my monitor, and move on. Mostly because I can't be bothered to try to educate them.. I do believe stupidity is genetic.
I also think there are people on this board who are just mean. And I feel like they pick on random people just to create drama, and that others just jump on board because they are lemmings. I'm all about saying youre point of view, and trying to educate, but I think some people take it too far, and keep going long after the point has been made, just because they're a b*tch.
I also love Kathy. And think she is probably the least offensive person on this board.
