Kind of hit on yesterday, but what do you have going on this weekend?!
Re: Wknd Plans?!
Our weekend is pretty full, so I'm not looking forward to it as much as I would like. I typically like to have a "lazy day" or evening, and I'm not going to get it this weekend.
Tonight we are going to the James Taylor concert with my parents. My dad is SO excited we're going with them, so it should be a good time.
Tomorrow is my best friend's daughter's first birthday party, so I am going to that, then we are spending the afternoon/evening with Chris' family for Easter. They are having that "Easter Eggstravaganza" at their house, so it will probably be mostly us talking to each other, but I digress...you've already heard that vent
Sunday we will spend with my parents for Easter. We usually just go up to their house, have fried bread dough for breakfast, hang out outside most of the day(although the high is 90 so maybe not this year!), and stick around until we have an early dinner. This year, I will probably bring some laundry up too...of course.
I hope you all have a great Easter weekend!!!

A couple of my ladies are coming up tonight for Fondue Friday...which clearly should happen EVERY friday. Before they get here DH & I will be cleaning and painting a little more.
Saturday- Going out to bfast with the girls, and then it's back to working on the house. Around 7 or 8 my brother and BIL are coming up for a night of video games with DH. I may join in a bit, but chances are I'll keep working on the house.
Sunday- My family and DH's family will all be up for Easter. I'm really excited, but I know I'll also be exhausted from the non-stop work we've been putting in.
Then Monday it's back to work.
Tonight we are either going out with Jason's friend, Ryan, and this new girl he's started dating (I feel like that's always awkward, especially since he never keeps them around long) or else we are just going to stay in and watch a movie. Either way, I have to stop at the grocery store after work to pick up the ingredients to make salsa tonight for my grandmom's 90th birthday party tomorrow.
Speaking of which, tomorrow we're going to my grandmom's 90th birthday party. My Mom and aunt planned it, but my aunt ended up inviting all of this extended family who doesn't give a crap about my grandmom and hasn't even visited her in years, so I am sure that's going to be nice and awkward, especially since I hate and have no relationship at all with most of them. Afterwards, we're heading home and I'm baking a whole bunch of chocolate chip cookies and putting together little easter gifts for our families.
On Sunday we're heading down to Jason's grandparents to have Easter lunch with his family and eventually making our way back up here to do something with my family, either go out to dinner with them or just hang out a bit at my Mom's house, no one has decided yet.
Busy busy busy.
We're not doing a lot. Tonight, my husband is meeting me after work to go out for dinner at this place in Harvard Square that has amazing prosciutto bruschetta - I've been dreaming about it since we had it a few weeks ago. Saturday, we may try to hit up a movie- I want to see Jane Eyre, and he claims he's ok with it, but we may end up seeing Win Win instead - and then we'll grab dinner and some beers. Sunday, we're not doing anything special. I offered to cook some sort of Easter dinner, but he didn't seem to care, so I'm not bothering. We've got some On Demand to catch up on, and a couple of movies to watch, so it'll be lazy.
And Monday, I'll be cleaning out the Reese's Peanut butter egg supply at my local CVS, heh.

Mmmm best candy ever! I am obsessed with them...nom nom!
Getting ready to go run some errands since I am off work today. I have to go get Lance some new work jeans since he keeps ripping the crotch and ass out of his old ones. I have some free panty and coupons for VS so I am going to head over there and maybe look for new dishes. Lance's aunt just text me that she is in town this weekend and wants to come see out kitchen so it sounds like I have to hurry home to clean.
Tomorrow I have to work during the day. It is our 6 month anniversary so we are going to go out with our friends. No plans set in stone yet but we are thinking about going to the roller derby or just laying low and having game night.
Sunday we have to go to Lance's grandma's at noon (I gave in but I am going to ignore SIL if she tries to talk to me) and then my family is coming over for dinner. I have to make a ham and need to come up with a dessert.
Monday and Tuesday are my days off and I am babysitting for my friends son, who is the cutest 10 month old I have ever seen!
