Weekly Weight Loss Check In

I have a busy day at work tomorrow morning so I thought I'd post early so no one misses the post...

Hey Ladies - How did you do this week?  I've included the list from last week...as you post your weight loss I'll update the chart - Good Luck Ladies!!

Again feel free to share any tips, tricks, snacks or healthy habits you found useful this week.

  • Do I hear crickets?  LOL

    I'm stumped here - I think I must have hit a plateau - I'm up a lb. and its not budging - I did SO well this week.  I think its time to kick into full force workout mode next week. 

    This weekend all bets are off - lets be honest, its Easter, and I'm celebrating!

  • Birthday week set me back. ) loss this week. I'm not trying very hard though.  I think I'm spring weather depressed.  We still had snow and it's got me down, which means comfort food.

    I'll be better this week - I promise.

  • 10 lbs lost, 20 to go!

    I'll probably gain some this week with all my Easter candy lying around the house waiting to be eaten. Can't touch it till after Lent...

  • 1 lb down this week. Not that I've done anything to really help, but I haven't been feeling well at all this week.

  • 0 lbs. down, about -25 to go... haha. 

    so far, I've gained about 10 lbs. (eeek! scary stuff)... but I can say it's all belly...

  • Can I join in?  I don't have a real specific goal (I'm trying to lose fat, but also gain muscle), but it would probably help to have the additional accountability.  I have lost 3 lbs in the last week because I stopped eating like a jerk, and I'm hoping to lose about another 7.  Again, that may not happen as I build some muscle, but at least it's something to aim for. 

     

    I started Insanity yesterday, and I feel like it's going to kill me!  The first day, you do a fit test, and having done some P90x, I thought I was in fairly good shape.  Holy crap!  I was dripping sweat and shaking.  I did the first full workout this morning, and I couldn't keep up.  I just popped some ibuprofin because I hurt so much!  I'm really excited about it, though, because I loved P90x but wanted more cardio.  And Insanity...well, it's cardio, alright!  

  • Ummm...I totally fell off the wagon this week. My weight Friday showed I gained 3.6 lbs - ouch! And that's not accounting for all that I ate this weekend when I went back home to visit my family. I'm gonna kick up the exercise this week because after having made so much progress & then gaining back I'm super bummed. I didn't even tally WW points this weekend b/c I knew I was going over. So as a recap that's a gain of 3.6, which make me 2lbs lost, 10.8 pounds to go!
