I am here! I'm supposed be here all day. ... but there's no one here. I may bail at 4:30 instead of 5. We shall see.
I really wish I'd taken this whole week off. Ugh
I didn't request next Friday off, but the closer it gets, the more I am thinking about doing it.
I am. I was going to leave at 3 (the time I can leave without using any leave), then 230 with using leave, now I'm planning to skedaddle at 1230.
I'm heading to the Eastern Shore and I'm starting to freak about traffic, which is slightly irrational I know.
I'm here until 4, but I'm fine with it. Sure, I'd love to be in bed taking a nap, but there's actually quite a bit to do today and it's not bad in the office. I'm looking forward to the day being over, though, of course.
DD's school is closed today so DH dropped her off at my Mom's this morning and she's spending the night. DH and I are going on a double-date with his best friend and the best friend's wife - sushi at Kyodai in Towson. I can't wait.
This. It's ridiculous to me that people would have off today.
But, I'll take it because it means less traffic!

The stock market is closed on Good Friday so until now, I've always had off. It makes me sad that I'm not at work right now! I'm here until 4:00 but have thought about leaving at 2:00.
We were supposed to work a full day then the powers that be decided to close at 3.
I have been working from home since Tuesday afternoon. I have been in bed sick with an upper respiratory infection, so it is a super duper short week for me! I've been spoiled and will dread resuming my normal work hours next week.
