Have you ever tried Zofran for nausea... it is pretty much magic. I took it during my first pregnancy. It doesn't make you tired like phenergan (sp?)

    *butting in* Zofran is good stuff. There are several forms. The two I've tried is a tablet you put under your tongue to dissolve (preferred) and a melt-away strip. I think there is a pill form too.

    on a hopeful note... I needed a ton of it my first pregnancy (working in a hospital leaves you with no shortage of smells and sounds to make you sick), but never had to fill the prescription for this one... that's how I knew this one was a boy :)

    Zofran is uh-mazing. Phenergan works for me too, but it knocks me out.

    I have phenegran but only take it when I also need to take demerol for my migraines.  Honestly, I mainly throw up when I haven't eaten enough and it's just dry heaves/saliva.  I more just have horrible stomach aches but not necessarily nausea.  This morning I threw up but that was because of brushing my teeth.  I've always gagged when brushing my teeth and now it's just a million times worse.  Today was the first time it went as far as throwing up my breakfast though.
