Home Inspection
We just had the inspection on our soon to be house yesterday. DH was there for the entirety, and saw that there were no problems. We got the report today confirming it. I'm really excited, but getting that itching feeling that something's gotta go wrong. There's no way we could be this lucky..... Does this process usually go smoothly? I was expecting more bumps in the road.

It's nice to hear others are in the same boat as us. We had a good inspection and so far everything has gone smoothly. I am knocking on wood as I write this!
