can you write up a little description? is he potty trained? why does he need a home? personality? where is he located now? if you can give me that i'd be happy to post it on my town's yahoo group which has about 2,000 members and is very active. also i would need contact info for where they need to call for more info.
Yes, I can send you that. I'll have to send you the contact, potty train and vet info tomorrow after I talk to the owner further. But here is a start of the the info i already had written up about him....

His name is Smokey. He's our neighbor's dog in Dundalk/Balt.
They got him as a small pup and he's pretty much been out in the yard (they bring him in periodically). We've been noticing that he hasn't had much food/water out so we've been feeding him. The neighbor asked me yesterday if I knew anyone that wanted him for free -(i guess they noticed we were feeding him, the dog lover that I am!).
He is a purebred. He has alot of energy & is very sweet. I can tell he craves love & attention.
Only issue with him is that he will need some obedience training since he hasn't had much from his owners (you know, "sit, stay, get down" type stuff. But I'm sure he'll be easy to catch on since he's still a pup.
Also, I'll have to follow up with the neighbor on if he's well potty trained and then the vet to see if he's up to date on shots, etc.

you're so sweet to have gotten involved. he definitely needs another chance to find a family that will take care of him and love him properly.
once you have the info let me know. he would have a nice cushy life in olney!
