DH totaled his truck.
DH was going to meet friends for lunch yesterday. No one knows exactly what happened, but a car t-boned him on the passenger side right behind the door. Neither vehicle was going more than 30mph, but his truck went up and over the hood of the car and flipped over. It landed on its wheels on the sidewalk facing the other direction.
Dh is amazingly ok. He is a big guy so really didnt have room in the cab to be thrown around. And he was wearing his seat belt. He is a little sore and has a few scrapes and bruises but other than that he is fine. The lady in the car was also fine, more shook up than anything. I was supposed to go to lunch with him, but I wasnt able to go at the last minute because I got stuck at work. Thank god I was not in the truck!
The crazy thing is that DH bought that truck April 22, 1999. 12 years to the day.

Nice to hear that everyone is ok, that sounds like quite the wreck.
Too bad you won't get much money out of a 12 year old truck, but at least you are not underwater on a loan.
I am amazed that he has only a few small bruises. He is not even that sore. He has tried to one-up me at every stage in this pregnancy, but this is a little rediculous dont you think....lol!
