As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

although, mine had a little 'did you know?' at the bottom referencing how Bill Gates makes what the bottom 45% make combined. I believe it, however, Bill Gates is also one of the biggest philanthropists the world has ever seen. I believe him and Buffet (along with others, I'm sure) are of a mind set (I think there is a term for it) where they plan have given almost all of their money away before they die.
