Recs for HVAC (a/c specifically) in Fairfax County?
The townhouse we rent out in Springfield is having problems with the a/c not being very cool or blowing as hard as it should. We've been burned before by just going off Yelp, so any recommendations would be appreciated.

We just tried Evercool (found them on Consumer Checkbook) and were happy with them. We had a similar issue with the A/C and it turned out it was a wiring issue that he was able to fix with relative ease.
