Re: Easter Weekend Recap
Good friday: closed on the house and bought some patio furniture
Sat: swim class and we went to the zoo. It was beautiful out
Sunday: had breakfast at the ILs and they had an easter egg hunt for lexi. Than came home and relaxed.

Saturday: we went to get the dog's nails clipped, walked along the creek trail in Rochester, went to the Great Cloth Diaper Change in Ferndale, then to the Zoo where we totally failed at meeing up with J&R. There were like 10 million people at the zoo. Cleaned the house, went to the grocery store.
Sunday: We had some people over for Easter breakfast. Cleaned some more. Pretty low key day.
Friday - DH and I went out for fish, then spent a nice restless night with Olive and the thunderstorms. Why does it always storm in the middle of the night?
Saturday - visited my friend and their new puppy, worked out in the yard. DH and I went to Cantina Diablo for dinner.
Sunday - went to BBB to exchange a few items and then to my parents for dinner.
I loved the weather and having the windows open!!
Saturday - we had DS' 3 month photos done, GMIL's 70th birthday party and then an adult play date, while the kids slept in the evening.
Sunday - Church and Easter dinner at my parents
I went to church Friday w/ my parents, but it was pretty low key after that.
Sat, DH had class in the morning while I cleaned a little, then we did a huge amount of weeding and cleaning up the front & back gardens & DH spread mulch. It looks so nice!
Sun, church w/ my parents and then my grandma's came over for dinner. It was super calm w/out my nieces running around crazy. We were also celebrating my birthday so I got some great presents!
It was a really nice weekend.
Friday was DHs bday, so we went out to dinner at Mortons. LOVE IT!! Then we had some of his family over for cupcakes, and ice cream sundae bar.

Friday I took the day of, DH had a holiday and we relaxed and got a few things done around the house.
Saturday we put together our new grill, cooked out with a few friends and watched the season premier of Dr. Who!
Sunday I cleaned a little, my little brother came over and I cooked a simple Easter dinner, then we spent the afternoon and evening sorting through the last boxes and putting stuff away.

YUM!!! And I thought baby Young was coming this past weekend! Happy last week of pregnancy (hopefully)!
I had a very VERY laid back & relaxing weekend.
Worked 1/2 day on friday then went home & did lots of house work. Cleaned the entire house & did lots of laundry.
DH wasn't feeling well all weekend so we were hermits & didn't leave the house. We just lounged around, watched movies & took lots of naps. yesterday the IL's had an easter brunch but DH still wasn't feeling well so we skipped it, I wasn't sad at all about that because I'm not a huge fan of easter foods (hate ham).

9/11-seen HB!! 9/18- no HB, 9/21/12-D&C. Fetal tissue testing revealed a healthy boy. Now getting more tests to try to figure out this mystery
No pictures yet. My mom had an extra patio set that was only a few years old. It is light biege with a glass top but we couldn't find chairs to match so we bought just reg patio chairs from target with black as the frame and tan cushions and we are going to spray paint the table frame black to match. The house has a retractable awning but I am not sure if I want and umbrella also.
We had Friday off, so we worked around the house and then bought Brendan's Easter gifts.
Saturday, DH was in a bad mood all day. We didn't get too much accomplished. I made a birthday cake for my grandma and cupcakes for Easter. We were supposed to clean the house, but we ended up taking a walk up to Kroger and buying groceries instead and dying eggs that night.
Sunday, we went to 8:00 am mass. Then came home and I made Easter dinner and DH played with Brendan and then cleaned while he napped. It was a LONG, exhausting day. I'm glad we could have everyone over (about 10 adults), but I'm just physically tired today!
Friday - Dh and I both worked late-ish. Also had to contend with the dogs during the storm.
Sat - DH worked, I did eggs with my sister, made a trip to the Polish Art Center in Hamtramck, then headed out to my Godson's 1st b-day party in Wyandotte.
Sat night - fish dinner with dh (we don't eat meat the Saturday between Good Friday and Easter) at a nearby place that I wish we had gone to more during Lent
Sunday- church with the IL's, then quiet day at home with dh. I made quick trip for dessert to my sister's Easter party and that is about it. DH and I actually did a bunch of stuff around the house on Easter (him more-so than I)
Busy busy busy.
We got our nursery furniture set-up so we now have a place to put the baby when he arrives. Now we have to actually get bedding and everything else to put in there.
H spent all day Saturday and most of Sunday working on the bathroom. And we avoided family get together nonsense so all in all it was a good weekend.

Friday we both had the day off, and DH worked on painting the doors for the basement and rehanging the doors, and I worked on my brother's scrapbook. We went to the church fish fry for dinner.
Saturday we spent the day outside enjoying the weather, and DH continued to work on the landscaping. We went to Bdubs for dinner, and also dyed eggs lol.
Sunday - went to church together, and then we went over to my parent's (MIL and BIL came too) and had Easter dinner with my entire family. It was a good day - lots of fun!
Friday we had off, so we slept in, had some breakfast at the local diner, hung out, went to the gym, then had dinner in town at the 'new' cajun food place. It was good, and there was a live band.
Saturday we... slept in, had breakfast, then ran errands. I got to go to Trader Joes and the organic natural food meat place which I love so much.
Easter is always a very hard holiday for me. Thus, Sunday was full of bitterness as I realized it was Easter and that everything I'd planned to do was a no go because everything was closed. My gym was closed so I went to another zumba studio, where the 'advanced' class brought out chairs half way through class to 'assist' and I felt like I got 1/2 of the workout I should have gotten. I was mad. Then we were going to go to Red Robin b/c DH and I wanted cheeseburgers, damnit. It was closed. So was Cheeseburger Cheeseburger, Five Guys, and basically any other decent burger place in SE MI. By the time we got home from a lackluster dinner at Chili, the bitterness consumed me to the point in which I took a nap, then made dinner for Monday (mini meat loafs) and played video games with friends until I fell asleep.

Fri: Worked a 1/2 day and hung out with a friend that was in town for the weekend.
Sat: Cleaned and prepped everything for brunch on Sunday at my house, then went bowling.
Sun: Easter brunch at my house with IL's then to my Uncle's house for dinner on my mom's side.

Friday my girlfriend & I hit the Howell outlet mall, found my dress for the wedding in Florida
Saturday not too much, hit JcPenney for a few items & then had fun drawing on our sidewalk with chalk w/Kaitlyn
Sunday I helped out in the 2-3 yr old class at church, then enjoyed a wonderful Easter service, I love how we sing Handel's "Messiah" at the end & they invite anyone to come up to sing w/the choir.....talked to a friend that I haven't seen in over a year....enjoyed a nice time at home w/my parents & aunt coming over for a small meal (glad for once it was just a small meal, not a big one w/tons of leftovers)..
It was really fun! Saturday we hit the Taylor petting zoo and Dylan got pushed in a swing for the first time! Sunday was his first Easter egg hunt! PIP
Friday - met up with the ILs, my 2 SILs and BIL for dinner at Los Tres Amigos in Canton, yum!!!!
Saturday - Got a smoothie & mani/pedi with MIL & SIL, DH played tennis, hung out at ILs so the kids could play outside.
Sunday - Kids opened their baskets, ate chocolate, hung out at ILs and had dinner there.
Friday-had the day off
but it was busy...had the ducts and furnace cleaned, ran to yoga, lunch with friends, then errands like trader joes- walked the pup I think we passed out after-then went to grab a drink with the guncles
Saturday- h and I walked the pup, pilates,h came home with beautiful flowers for me, stopped to visit the shelter we volunteer for, target, got home and at like 9 ran to dicks out of NO WHERE and dropped a lot of money in 15 minutes and laughed about it b/c we felt like crazies then went to sonic and came home and watched harry potter!
Sunday-Walked the pup, watched harry potter again, relaxed, then went to my aunts for easter with me mom's side. It was a blast!
Friday: Met ILs for a late lunch and headed out to look at a model home.
Saturday: Dropped the babies off at ILs then went golfing with DH and SIL (I didn't golf though, was just along for the ride!) Ate dinner at ILs.
Sunday: Church then brunch at my parents' house. Headed to DHs grandparents' house for an early dinner then drove up to White Lake to check out some lots.
It was perfect!
Saturday I had a personal training session that came free w/ my gym membership (I still hurt). The weather was so perfect we ran some errands & BBQd.
Sunday - We had dinner at my ILs & my Dad came too. Ellie was exhausted after all of the passing around that she passed out extra early last night too. Bonus!
It was busy but fabulous!

Sat was the birthday party!
Sun- Went to my Grandma's while DH was at work then we headed to IL's after he got off
Friday: Laid around a lot, slept, caught up on some shows, had a philly cheese steak for dinner and it was delicious. haha!
Saturday: Felt pretty bad in the morning so I laid on the couch until about noon. Took a nap. Woke up and got a shower. Went to my parents for my first "outing" after the surgery for dinner. We had spaghetti and it was also delicious. I went in my pajamas.
Sunday: Went to my parents' house in the afternoon for Easter dinner and stayed most of the day. It was a really good time and I felt pretty good overall.
