Another option for you - I go to Jade at the Hair Cuttery on University in Kensington and she is wonderful. Seriously, that girl is amazing. I asked her to dye my hair to match my roots (my hair is fried, so I needed to ease up on dying it so often) and it's perfect. I haven't had to color my hair since she matched my roots in October.

I believe the guy who cut my hair was Justin. I've also had Tina. I thought they both did a great job... especially for $30!
I haven't had color done there yet... but, if you are planning on highlights, they have a promotion listed under "promotions" on the website link above... If you can get past the Chinese and bad music, you'll see it. HA!
