i have a "coffee" with the head of the department i'm trying to get a job in at 11am today. i REALLY want to work in this area and all aspects of it are a step up from my current role.

I agree. I've been sending good vibes and job dust all morning.
i think it went well. of course, i'm thinking of 25 things i wish i would have said...
sadly, it sounds like the "next step" is formal interviews which makes me really nervous because i don't think i interview well. my brain goes blank when people say, "tell me about a time when..." but she did say she's been hearing raves about me from all around so that's nice.
i guess, keep sending the job dust if you can?

I know of anyone who says, "I do awesome in interviews!" so I wouldn't worry too much! :-) You'll be great. We are always our own worst critic.
