I remember you saying that you had a lot of proactiv in the closet because you husband never called to cancel. Did he ever do that?
I just called and while i knew it wasn't going to be easy, i wasn't thinking it was going to be that bad. They guy got mad at me when i kept saying i wanted to cancel. Makes me want it even less.

This happened to SIL. She ordered it, tried it, and it made her face worse. Apparently her skin is too sensitive to deal with it. She called to cancel and she said the rep was completely rude to her telling her that she was using it wrong and that she needed to try a different formula before she could cancel or get a refund. Ummm what???

Same here, I called to cancel because I ended up being allergic to it. They gave me a hard time too, they asked if I followed the directions. Like following the directions or not was going to cause my itchy/swollen face.
no one is butting it, it was for everyone - i just remembered katie specifically talking about it.
the thing is, there is a lot i do like about their product. my skin has looked really nice since starting it and i have gotten compliments. however, i have a back stock on the step 3 and not enough wash. plus, i can't handle the bleaching the benzo causes. my thought was to switch to something else and if it wasn't good enough i would go back to the proactiv, but after that phone call i don't think i will be doing that. yes, i hold a grudge.
