Help me choose?
I'm having a surprise birthday party for T later this month and am having it catered. I need to choose sides and need some opinions.
ETA: I have to choose two sides and it is a BBQ place. A meat lovers paradise. 
These are the choices:
?Cole Slaw ?Baked Beans ?Dirty Rice ?Mashed Potatoes ?Chili ?Apple Sauce ?Macaroni Salad ?Brunswick Stew ?Collard Greens ?Chips

What's the main? I'm assuming BBQ. I would probably go with stuff that isn't awful when cold, or that's already cold-Macaroni salad, baked beans (easier to keep warm if you can throw them in a crock pot), apple sauce and chips too??
Not sure how many options you need.
