My one day
today is my one day off that i am getting to myself, and i think it's gonna suck - lol!
my office closed for the first two and last two days of passover. for the first one, i literally had time to run one errand after waiting for a service guy to come to the house before i had to pick up the girls early for the seder. the second day, my car was in the shop and i was stranded at home. tomorrow, i am keeping sam home and taking her for 6 month portraits and then throwing her a gala half birthday - so i'll be cooking, cleaning and setting up dinner for 12 in the afternoon.
today is my day. and all i want is a pedicure - manicure seems pointless since i still have to clean bathrooms (it's my week) and will be cooking. i have to go food shopping because shoprite was closed yesterday and i need to get my week's worth of groceries. i have returns to make at kohls. and i have to be home every 3 hours or so to pump so there is bm to send to daycare for wednesday. this is not a very exciting vacation day to myself!
and i need to make a hotel reservation in the philly area for an overnight we want to take with the girls. it doesn't need to be in philly - surrounding, cheaper, areas are fine. we want to go to the children's museum. a hotel with a pool would be best since we'll get to the area in late afternoon on the first day - too late to go to the museum so we'll need an activity that's easy.

i hope your day goes smoothly. this is my last day of spring break. i have to go food shopping too.. so im working up the desire to go now. i also want to see if i can go get a mani/pedi. and dh wants to go to an afternoon movie before we have leftovers at the IL.
i also want to see if i can get some floating shelves. i can't find cherry wood anywhere! i want to start putting up my wedding photos in the dining room. im going to check homegoods and kohls today. i also want to open the windows and do a big spring cleaning before summer hits and i never open the windows again.

well, i got my return done at kohls, cruised around homegoods, cleaned the bathrooms, went food shopping, and just got home from a mani/pedi
now, i'm putting away laundry and trying to think of what i can make fast for dinner- i am tired of passover limitations! i mostly bought food for the rest of the week instead.
