McCain rally today
Went to the McCain rally today in Delaware County, PA. I wasn't sure if it was going to be that big because it is a more Democratic county (closer to Phila). It was really crowded and everyone was really excited! They had Sen. Lieberman and Former Gov. Ridge speak, and of course Cindy McCain spoke to introduce her husband. Lieberman really connected with the audience. Ridge was really exciting to see, no one knew he would be there. They were both funny. Arlen Specter was there but he didn't speak. I was standing about three people from the stage front and center. There were a lot of veterans around us. I was tearing up when he was speaking about them. It was really nice.
Great rally! I'll try to post pics tomorrow if I have time. It makes me wonder if we have a better chance in PA than the polls show. It's going to be really tough, but I have a feeling it's possible.
