We had such a beautiful day in the NW warmest its been all year (72), and tomorrow... rain. Boo! My parents are hosting Easter tomorrow for about 20 ppl. We'll Easter Egg hunt, yes all of the children even the adult ones, we range from 3-26. And the Easter Bunny hides candy and cash eggs. And then of coarse we'll feast
Easter had alway been on of my favorite holiday I think for a few reasons, 1. Spring is my favorite season 2. Yummy food 3. You get a new Easter dress

Re: Hoppy Easter!
Cute dress!!
This year we get 5 days off in a row for Easter, as we have another holiday, Anzac day, that falls on the Monday as well, so they moved Easter Monday to Tuesday(!).
Today we went to the markets, and yesterday I went ice-skating, and out to dinner. Tomorrow we are going to finish painting the outside of the house and rearrange the front room. Busy busy.
That's a pretty dress.
DH and I are going to his aunt and uncle's for a family party. There's only one kid under the age of 13 so I think he's going to be egg hunting alone, it's really hard to get the teenagers to cooperate. And of course we're going to eat.
I really wish it was 70? and sunny today like it was yesterday.
(if anyone is interested, to make the degrees sign, you hold down "alt" and type 5543 changed my life when someone showed me that, lol)
Happy Easter!!
DH and I plan on spending the day together getting some things done around the house. Probably getting outside and working on the cars... nothing overly exciting :-) But it will be nice to have a day together getting stuff done. I have cream cheese chicken in the crockpot - not overly "Easter" but I'm not a ham type of person lol!
I hope that everyone has a great day with their family and friends!!
I love Easter! Whoooo Jesus! :-)
Just got back from worship service and we'll be with family and eating some good food for the rest of the day. I've got an exam tomorrow, so I've got some last-minute cramming to do.
Do the creep.
I love your dress!
Easter is my family's big holiday. All of our relatives came down to IL from WI this year (Yes! No driving for us!) and we had Easter BBQ last night. Whenever my side of the family gets together, we NEVER do "traditional" holiday food. That's what I love about it! My dad cooked a brisket and I brought corn bread and we have a big BBQ outside yesterday. Then today, we attended church this morning, the family left to go home (sad face), and DH and I did some landscaping. We're off to his family's house in about an hour for a more traditional Easter dinner--ham, potatoes, etc.
