Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Got this flyer in today's mail for Reclaim Your Brain series at Meijer Gardens on May 12th.
It's a 90 min series the is split into 2 segments. 1st about Explore: "you will increase your understanding of the brain's functioning and how brainwaves directly affect behaviors." 2nd about Restore: "various options for treating brain-based disorders and a specific model for addressing each individual's unique brain functioning will be provided."
