This is such a vain and petty vent
But I feel whiny today. You know how sometimes you will get dressed and think your outfit looks ok (cute even), and then you see a photo of yourself and you do not look AT ALL how you thought it did? Yeah....I just realized one of my favorite pairs of jeans are reaaaallly unflattering. It's making me a) angry and b) wanting to go shopping.

Oh I should add, these aren't my regular jeans, they don't fit me anymore. These are one of my favorite pairs of maternity jeans, which isn't saying much. They are one of the low-waisted ones that don't look like they are obviously maternity. I am not ready to bust out the full-paneled ones yet.
I hate maternity clothes.
Old Navy and Gap both have them! I also wear long length pants and most maternity pants are waaaay too short for me.

Ohhh...yeah...I never think to look at myself in profile in the mirror. And then I see a picture, and suddenly realize that yeah, that figure hugging dress looks fine straight on, but then I turn to the side and suddenly my waist goes bye-bye and all you can see is my belly chub. AWESOME. Especially in shiny red satin. (thank you bridesmaid dress...)
