After a whopping 3.5 hours of sleep last night, I got my wisdom teeth out this morning. I was sedated, but I remember parts of it. It took my dentist 3 sticks to get my IV (I almost told him to go get DH to start it for me), but he said I did really well.
Thanks to vicodin and ice packs I am feeling relatively okay. I have a bunch of stiches in my gums that come out in a week. Thanks for the T&Ps! Hopefully this is the last hurdle we have to jump over before we get pregnant again.

i just had mine out on friday. Best advice? Sleep and make sure you eat. I have gotten dizzy the past few days because I haven't been eating enough. Pasta is ok, i had peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches today they went down alright. Also scrambled eggs and chocolate mousse cups have been a life saver.

I hope you have a speedy recovery!
Mashed potatoes were my BFF after I had mine out.
Milkshakes without guilt!
Best wishes for a speedy recovery. You're halfway there!

milkshakes and smoothies are your friend! I ate a lot of mashed potatoes too...
Just don't push eating solid food too soon, make sure you're following all of your post-op instructions to the letter. I started eating solids pretty quickly (I had an easy surgery), and ended up with a dry socket in one of mine, that hurt WAY worse than getting them removed.
So give yourself plenty of TLC and don't push it. Feel better soon!
