Sunday baking/cooking?
Make anything good? I'm making the strawberry ricotta muffins tonight. Has anyone made them without cooking the strawberries first? I seriously wonder if it's necessary, since you don't have to do it with other strawberry muffins recipes.

We were away this weekend so no cooking/baking for me. However, DH bbq'd a tri tip with a rub that included espresso grounds. It.was.heavenly.
