I'm a little concerned about the possible tornado they believe may happen with this weather. Let's hope it's just a lot of rain instead.
Re: Ugly Storms
Sorry to hear about Peyton!! I hope she feels better soon.
I love storms, and would one day like to chase a tornado, so if it's gonna happen, I would rather be awake and have it happen during the day, and not while I am sleeping.
I love storms. I sometimes watch the storm chaser shows and one day I got sucked into a marathon and watched it for 6-7 hours I think.
That being said I like them when they don't destroy homes and businesses.
Agreed. I wanted to be a storm chaser when I was a kid. I had so many tornado/storm documentary books & vhs, it was ridiculous.
I still love them, I just hate the destruction they often cause.
Uh, that does not sound like a very good evacuation plan! For your sake, I am hoping for no tornadoes!
i love a good storm... during the day when i'm safe & sound and not when i'm home alone w/o DH.
How ironic, I just watched Twister last night on TV. I do love storm chaser shows, but could never imagine doing that. I used to sit in our basement at my parents(walkout) and watch them.
I certainly hope we don't get too bad of a storm... bad storms = LOTS of work for us in the insurance industry!

NO, NO, NO, NO!!! I am terrified of storms, specifically the storm systems that can spawn tornados. I really do not need this extra stress
However, I think it would be neat to be one of those back trucks chasing storms. Not the main guys, the one that watch out and keep track of the radar.
Guys! Its sunny at my house! Did we miss the storms? Or are they supposed to come later?
I'm thinking maybe later because it's sunny here too.
