So sad

I went out and pulled all the weeds, all the dead plants from last fall, and spread weed killer down our front slope.

All because we're moving and someone else is getting my front yard :(

Aw, that is sad! Didn't you spend a small fortune on hardscape?

Landscape and hardscape, yes. But we did get to enjoy it for 5 years.

The upside is that we're hoping to make an offer on a house with 2 acres, and it already has 2 garden plots (one small, one large). In a new area, so I'll get to learn what works in a new growing zone.

That is so awesome!  I would love to have that type of space!
