Has anyone planted garlic?
I've decided to plant garlic this year and I've done some research, so I think I'm good, but does anyone have any tips? I know you're supposed to plant it in the fall, shortly before it frosts, but I'm not completely sure how that translates for MN where the weather is so wonky this time of year.

I think that I've read October for zone 5and you're porbably 5 or 4, but I planted it last year later than this (in Iowa) and it did great.

My DH planted garlic and was quite successful. We had a lot of home-grown garlic with our food this summer!
He planted in the Autumn, but unfortunately I can't provide much more help than that. He did all the work.
