Re: JILL

  • Ha!  I appreciate the stalking.  :) The baby told me this morning that it's never coming out.  My uterus is just too comfortable.  Sorry to disappoint.  :)  I had some timeable contractions this weekend that have disappeared, so just waiting!  I have a doctor appointment this afternoon so we'll see.  I was almost 2 cm dialated last week but it hasn't done me a heck of a lot of good!

I know I need to update the blog! I was so down in the dumps after the pre-e diagnosis and time in the hospital I was boycotting.  But I took a picture for the first time in a few weeks yesterday since I dropped a bit so I will get on it!

It took 5 failed IUIs and a failed IVF, but our FET worked!

Our baby girl was born on April 27, 2011!
  • I know the blog boycott - I've been doing it myself =/

yay for a new pic! As much as it sucks now (and as much as it sucks that I'm sure EVERYONE and their brother is saying this to you and now I am too), it'll be worth it once babe arrives, no matter HOW babe arrives. It sucks to be disappointed, but having a healthy as possible baby is really what matters.
*and that's where being a mother stinks off the bat b/c you want what's best for the baby and will do anything to give them the best opportunities, even when it causes pain/heartache/disappointment for you. Dern kids always getting the best of us!

I decided Norah wasn't coming out either. She & the drs had other opinions - it was totally lame.

Anyway, I hope baby treats you well for the last little bit and gives you an easy delivery (however/whenever that may be)!
