HR folks - need your input!
My business is officially launching in one week (eek). It is basically a niche job board. One of the industries it serves is corporate social responsibility / sustainability. For those of you who work in HR at big companies -- who would have the most say as to where the jobs get posted? HR folks or CSR department folks? Do they talk at all in figuring out where to post a job that is open in the department? Any insight into the field in this area would be much appreciated!

recruitment and offers are handled by human resources at every place I've ever worked at...
I work at a hospital and we utilize various recruitment sources..except agencies right now-given the market.
