Wedding questions
My brother just got engaged last week!!!! Yeah! I introduced him to his GF almost 10 years ago, and he finally asked her to marry him. She wants to have her wedding on Boca Grande. Has anyone had a wedding or attended a wedding down there? If so, any recommendations???

and they have awesome fishing.
My mom and I did the flowers for an amazing wedding down there. The wedding was in the library garden/courtyard (sounds odd but it was beautiful) and the reception was at the Boca Grande Club. The reception venue had a very large room that could be used (it was their rain plan) but they had the tables out around the pool, which was right on the water, and it was gorgeous. If I remember correctly, she brought most of the vendors in from outside of Boca Grande.
I went to a wedding at the Boca Grande Club a very long time ago and it was nice. It might remind your brother's FI too much of our prom though so I don't know if that's out for them.
The Gasparilla Inn also does weddings. They could have their ceremony on the beach (if that's what they want) and the reception at the Inn. I looked into it when we were planning our wedding, but we decided to stick with Tampa to be close to the airport since so many of our guests were coming from out of state.
