Eyeliner trick?
Am I the only one whose eyeliner on my bottom lid always ends up under my eye? I always have qtips in my purse to wipe it off. Does anybody have a trick to keep it on the lid? A certain type of eyeliner maybe? I hate using the pencil you have to sharpen. I use the kind you twist up that's softer. I hate liquid eyeliner

Urban Decay 24/7 really stays put, its a pencil though but it seems to be a softer pencil type then others
I do the rim mostly. I've tried under the lashes and the same thing happens. I do use moisturizer, morning and night.
Benefit eyeliner is awesome, but you have to sharpen it. try to let your moisturizer dry 100%, and if you use concealer there make sure you powder it before the eyeliner. I would bet it's just the brand you're using though. Some stay, and some wander!
I use shadow but will actually swipe a little bit of primer potion under my eyes and it does a pretty nice job.
I haven't lined my rim in years, it tends to get pretty icky and actually irritates my eyes.
