  • I believe it increases fertile CM.
  • Sorry, I was wrong. I googled..it is supposed to help with implantation.
  • Yep, it's suppose to help with implantation.  You are suppose to take it for the first 5 days after you ovulate but not after that.  After that I think eating pineapple core can increase your chances for miscarriage.  

    IDK, I use to eat it every cycle and I haven't got KU yet.  I wouldn't put much weight into it, but that's just my $0.02!

  • This is a myth.  You would need to eat an incredible amount of pineapple for the enzyme to be effective.

  • I tried this for a few months when we were TTC, I got pregnant the month I didn't do it. I wouldn't waste your time, plus it doesn't taste very good!
