Holy Sh!t...

So I just go home from work after a pretty eventful commute. Evidently someone crossing the road to the bus stop was hit by a car. There were no cop cars or ambulances so it must have just happened. It looked like he was relatively okay? He was conscious at least and laying down holding his arm, with a bunch of people already there on the phone with 911 and helping him stay still and putting something under his head. Pretty freaky though.

  • Yikes! I hope he's okay! Do you know if whoever hit him drove away?

  • not that it matters it is terrible either way but are we talking kid/school bus stop or adult/public transit bus stop...only because at least in my state there are severe fines for not stopping at a bus stop when the bus is flashing red to signal a stop.

  • It wasn't a school bus stop and it wasn't related to the bus at all as far as I know. I just think that he was crossing the street to get to the stop to wait. People there can be pretty crazy about crossing the street (not looking, etc.). I don't know the whole story though. I think the car that hit him stopped. I didn't see any front end damaged but there were several cars stopped around him.
