Thanks! The secretaries are taking photos, LOL! And they love that and their cards. I'm so glad I did it... especially since the partners totally forgot the day!

Sometimes doing a nice thing for others makes the giver feel better than the receiver

That's funny they forgot. They're gonna have to step it up next year to make up for it.

I forgot to ask my mom if her boss is doing anything for her...I forgot about it myself this year, and I usually get my mom something. Whoops.

They recovered. When they saw I brought stuff, Jackie (the office manager who's a partner's wife) emailed her husband and told him to do something, so he had flowers delivered to the office for all of them. And Eileen, a new of counsel attorney here, had welcome presents for everyone, so she just gave 'em out today.
