Any new recipes you've tried lately?

Im always looking for new recipes to try, if you have one you tried and love post it here :)

Re: Any new recipes you've tried lately?

  • Yes.  I've been trying to get Andrew to eat more fruits and veggies.  So one thing I've been doing is hiding zucchini in everything.  Made this zucchini bread the other day and it was delish.

  • I made salmon for the first time ever!  I seasoned it with sea salt and pepper, then cooked it in olive oil (3 minutes on each side...should've done 4 minutes each side).  After I removed the salmon from the pan, I put in 1/4 cup of frozen orange juice concentrate (thawed) and 2 tablespoons of water.  I let that simmer for a minute or two, until it thickened a bit, then I spooned that over the salmon.

  • Carrie if you like salmon, try grilling on cedar planks! Super easy, and I just season with salt and pepper (sometimes garlic salt instead of regular). No flipping either!
