I'm supposed to in a call with our India tech centre right now, but my boss isn't here yet, and I forget his code for the conference call, soooo, no call! Oh well!
I have a LOT to do around the house tonight. BIL's GF moves in tomorrow, so I've got to finish her room up. I believe I will be doing some running around at lunch, and then running around like a mad woman at home all night. Good times.

I am fixing to head to work... Yesterday I got called into the Store Manager's office, and I was worried I was in trouble. Turns out they want to interview me for a full time position and certify me as a traveling trainer for the company! From there I could take over a store within a couple of years, and then move to corporate as either a district manager or work in HR. I really feel like I am *finally* where I am supposed to be. It's like there is someone looking down and letting me know He's got it covered.
I always try to get away from retail, but it's something I am really successful at, and I enjoy everything about it except the crazy hours. If I work towards the goal of corporate, it'd be a whole new ball game.
I have a phone interview with the district manager this afternoon, which I'm told is more of a formality than anything because they want me. They are opening three new stores in our area this summer and fall, so fingers crossed!

Yesterday I worked late, and had a long night. Long story short, sleep training sucks! Our fridge is also on its way out. I realized that our fridge was bought 20 years ago in Oct. Yeah so guess what we are doing this weekend? Ugh, more money out the door.
Today is another long day at work, but it is also DH's last day of work this week. I can't wait, I feel like I Haven't seen him except to say good night and have a good day at work.

I'm still not sleeping well, and last night's sticky air didn't really help. Work today should be more drama, followed by a nice night at home of relaxation listening to the rain. If it's not raining, then it will definitely be another day of lounging on the deck so the pups can run around.

Busy day at work today, but hoping to get out early enough to get a workout in since I was too lazy to get up this morning. Otherwise, I'm just looking forward to one more day of work before our second 4-day weekend in a row!

Today is the last day before my life belongs to my brother and FSIL. They are getting married Friday. I found a few more teaching positions I'd be interested in that I'm applying for. Then I'm going to do that thing I was suppose to do yesterday.
I have nothing else going on, if I don't talk to you ladies tomorrow have a great weekend!

My arm is hurting so much, from fingers to shoulder. I asked for an ergonomic assessment, and the guy just told me that my desk isn't adjustable, I need to move my chair up and down until nothing hurts. WTF? I'm in serious pain all the time and you just tell me to move my chair? Maybe you'll pay attention when I'm having cubital tunnel surgery.

I had a productive evening last night. I got quite a bit of work/cleaning done around the house. Tonight will be more of the same for me as I'm having friends over on Friday. It's raining again today. I'm ready to see the sun again.

Last night weather got bad here so I am so sleepy today. My kiddos normally sleep right thru it but last night that was not the case. I am going to try and keep busy today to stay awake. Tonight will be low key and hopefully an early night. Eli is working nights still. I have some laundry to do, but am hoping for a long hot bath after the kids go to bed.

Good morning!
Last night was great. DH and I walked to one of our favorite french restaurants to celebrate selling the car. With the money we made off of it we are paying off all our remaining debt except for the new car payment. I am really excited about it. I also feel like a million bucks because we walked. DH and I were on a kick where we would walk a couple of miles each evening but we slacked off when we came back from vacation. I am really glad to be doing it again.

Today is going to be a busy day, I'm organizing a business after hours event for work. I'm meeting with two BBQ caters today and getting a lot of the decorations and giveaways ordered today. Should be fun!
Today I miss my old job! They use to do all kinds of crazy fun stuff for Administrative Professionals day, which is today. And they didn't limit it to just the receptionist, they gave/did stuff to the marketing manager, the office manager and the accountant.
And here I play all those roles and all I've gotten today is my a$$ reamed for leaving the projector out lastnight. An entire lecture on how it could have been stolen. As if all the phones, computers, laptops printers that are left out DAILY don't run that risk.
